These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ChattyPro, a product of True Pulse Media, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using ChattyPro, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts to use ChattyPro. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account and Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use ChattyPro only for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of any platforms (e.g., OnlyFans, Fansly) you connect with.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ChattyPro for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, or to harm others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, compromise, or abuse our systems or third-party APIs.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute ChattyPro without our written permission.
• Use the service in a way that violates platform policies (e.g., adult platform ToS) or that could harm our reputation.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed via Stripe according to the pricing shown at signup. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

5. Intellectual Property

ChattyPro, including its software, design, and content, is owned by True Pulse Media, LLC. You retain ownership of your content (messages, profiles, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide and improve ChattyPro.

6. AI-Generated Content

ChattyPro uses AI to generate message drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before sending it. We do not guarantee accuracy, suitability, or compliance with platform rules. You assume all risk for content you send.

7. Disclaimers

ChattyPro is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Pulse Media, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of ChattyPro. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True Pulse Media, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of ChattyPro, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for any reason with notice. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use ChattyPro ceases, and we may delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and True Pulse Media, LLC regarding ChattyPro. Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
